0% Sugar Return Policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at 0sugar.contact@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you returns instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior return request will not be accepted.


Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.


Exceptions/non-returnable items
Personalized items with engraving or other personal options are non-returnable. Items must be in impeccable condition to be eligible for return.


Trades
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. The refund will only relate to the price of the item paid. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method.
