How soon after ordering is my order shipped?

 We typically ship all orders within 2-20 business days depending on shipping location.

 What carrier do you use?

We ship all items with USPS. For international shipments, your local carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country.

 How long does it take for the item to arrive?

We ship all orders from our factory in the USA or Amsterdam. Once shipped, orders are delivered within the following timeframes:

United States - 5 to 10 business days

Canada – 5 to 10 business days

Europe - 5 to 10 business days

Rest of the world: 15 to 20 working days.

 These times are typical, but sometimes due to issues with local carriers, your item may arrive a little later than expected.

What about customs fees/taxes?

 We do everything we can to ensure that your item arrives safely and as quickly as possible, including labeling the package with all the information useful to customs authorities.

 It is rare for orders of 1-2 items to incur customs fees, except in countries where the tax exemption threshold is very low or non-existent. If any fees are charged by customs, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping insurance

 Please note that shipping insurance is non-refundable once your order has been shipped.


Cancellation and exchanges

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We strive to start production on all orders as soon as possible. Depending on when you placed your order, cancellation may be possible if production has not yet started.

 Please contact our support team to check if changes or cancellation are possible, and provide the reason why you wish to cancel.


My item is damaged/wrong, what should I do?

Please contact our support team for any item that arrived damaged, defective, or where the wrong item arrived, including a photo of the item.

 We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not send items back to us without prior authorization from the support department.


Can I return my purchase?

We hope you will like the item you purchased. If you have any doubts about it or are considering returning it, please contact our support team for assistance, explaining why you wish to return it.

 Please note that personalized items may be subject to a deduction from the refund amount as they cannot be restocked.


My item does not look like the online listing

This is a very rare case. We strive to accurately represent all models and products, although some listings use realistic renderings instead of photos to show the appearance of the item. This allows our sellers to create many different products with their artwork, without having to make and photograph thousands of products per day.

 Your item may have a defect. Please take some photos and send them to our support team for review, along with your order number.
